Rachel New is a Relationship Coach and Educator in London, encouraging productive conversations and healthy relationships. She has ten years of experience of coaching using an evidence-based approach, and thirty years of experience of education and training.

Rachel offers an evidence-based, inclusive approach
Rachel is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and abides by the society’s ethical guidelines for coaching psychologists. She is currently awaiting accreditation as a Chartered Coaching Psychologist.
Rachel has been working as a relationships coach and educator for ten years. Previously, Rachel worked for nine years in a research lab in social psychology at the University of Oxford and is a qualified teacher and trainer with over thirty years’ experience. Her coaching is informed by research and practice from relationship science, social psychology, neurobiology and coaching psychology.
Rachel has training in relationship coaching (such as the Gottman Method), mindfulness, life coaching, counselling, attachment theory, internal family systems, the neurobiology of connection (such as polyvagal theory), and somatic psychology. Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, neuroinclusive, and sexual and gender minority affirmative.
